Anti-Discrimination Unit

Let us ensure the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our network.

What is the anti-discrimination unit ?

A unit for managing exclusions :

In order to guarantee the physical safety, moral and emotional wellbeing of its network, ANEJAPS has set up an exclusion management unit.

This unit’s purpose is to collect testimonies from victims of discrimination and/or related violence, support victims, and decide whether or not to exclude the perpetrator from the network.

This unit does not rule on the guilt of the person concerned, but on the danger they may represent to other people in the network.

It does not issue legal or judicial decisions.
